One Hoop Petticoat

Slim A-line hoop perfect to sit under an a-line dress or slim style dress to hold the shape of the skirt and also makes it easier to walk! It’s also perfect to keep you a little cooler! The petticoat has 1 hoop around the hem, the waist band is elasticated for comfort and fit. The circumference of the hoop is 190cm
