Morning ladies, just wanted to update you with standard delivery times for orders with designer Alfred Angelo, with the increase in demand for their styles, both wedding dresses and bridesmaid and a very busy wedding year, delivery times have now increased for new orders, if your wedding is this year and you want to order a dress, don't delay! All dresses are made to order with all designers and these things take time. If time isn't on your side however, we have lots of fab dresses to buy off the rail :-)

I just want to give you some feed back from brides we have helped with choosing 'another' dress!
Internet shopping is great for many things if you are getting like for like items that are the real deal. Unfortunately there are many sites out there promising one thing then delivering something very different.

We are closed Good Friday but we are here as normal on Saturday 10 - 5 then in again as normal on Tuesday recovering from the chocolate and cake over indulgence! Diet will start sometime next week ;-)

Over the last few months we have been able to pick up the pieces for a few brides who have been let down with purchases over the internet (i.e copies from China) Ladies try before you buy! One of the most pictured garments you will ever buy is too important to buy online unless it is from a bricks and mortar shop who are official stockists for designers. All bridal shops will sell their ex-sample dresses off the rail many at greatly reduced prices, so why take the risk?

I love it when a bride to be comes in looking at dresses and they are very black and white about choosing a dress. It is the best way to be! All wedding dresses are pretty, but the question is would you wear it?! Stay realistic as the whether in 10 years time you would still like it, classic wedding dresses don't really date, fashion ones do. But hey, if it puts a big smile on your face and butterflies in your tummy it must be 'the one'!

It's official!!
With the changing of the clocks this weekend too we really are moving into the traditional wedding season. Yet we are still seeing lots of lovely brides with no wedding dress yet for this Summer. Fear not though lovely ladies we always have amazing sale dresses in store for you to buy off the rail. Get in touch now to come and try on, but with sale dresses it is always a first come first served basis, so be quick and don't miss out :-)

Tonight for one night only we will be having live mannequins in our windows!
Along with Vicki from Devon Portfolio we are getting some of our past brides to dress up in our windows for a photo shoot! We can't wait, watch this space for the photos :-)
